Fog Monster

It was incredibly rainy and foggy on the drive back to Pasadena last night. I was being really helpful by taking pictures as Candice drove.

Golf

Dad and I went to the driving range yesterday afternoon to smash a bucket of balls into the field. Fun times. Never realized how goofy I looked while golfing until seeing this picture:

It was fun though.

Early Flight

This sucked took me all the way from Toronto to Halifax. In two hours. IN THE SKY!

…anytime I think about planes I blow my mind. They fly! Even this huge one!

In other news, I’m in Newfoundland!

Yep… that’s a big one.

Yep... that's a big hole.

So somehow a really big hole opened up in the middle of a really busy street near a really busy intersection.

And the hole is fourteen metres deep.

This is a picture of the large hole.

Sharp

I used to have a bit of a thing for Sharpies. I loved having all different types and being able to pull out the appropriate ones to fit any given Sharpie situation.

Amy at Harbourfront

I was back at the Harbourfront Center again last night to see Amy Millan perform. The set was only an hour long, but I hung around for a little afterwards, chatting with some folks I met from CBC. Cool people.

I’m starting to get things ready for the trip home. One more day of work, and then I leave for Newfoundland early Tuesday morning. Exciting!

Hey Harbourfront!

Hey Rosetta and Jenn Grant played to an awesome crowd at the outdoor stage at the Harbourfront Center last night. Horrah for free music, summer nights, and the rain clearing up!

Rain Dance

She doesn’t seem to have any issues with the wet weather.

Going for a Dip

The mannequins at the intersection of Bay and Bloor like to go for a swim every now and them. Good thing it rained all day today.

Library Voices

Went out for drinks with a friend, and then saw these guys (Library Voices) at the Horseshoe Tavern. I only saw five or six songs before they finished, but they were great and I felt satisfied, so I headed home early. Because I’m lame like that.
