Okay, so it’s not ALL ours. Actually, most of it isn’t ours. See that little tiny window on the bottom left? That’s the front window for our basement apartment (it’s bigger than it looks - but not by much).
I just finished my last exam for the year! Work at Staples starts tomorrow morning.
Can’s dad came for a quick (~14 hour) visit yesterday. We took a run downtown to Nazareth bar for some awesome ethiopean supper, and then walked along Bloor Street, picking up some ice cream along the way (why didn’t I think of chocolate peanut butter ice cream before?!). Took him on the subway and everything! He even got to experience a TTC bus breaking down and having to wait for another one and everything! Fun times.

So… this was kinda weird.
I found a mama duck and a whole bunch of baby ducks on the side of the road on my way home from the school. What were the ducks doing there? Where did they come from? Nobody knows…
One of our new bookshelves. It’s great having somewhere to put everything (for everywhere but the kitchen, at least).
The much loved and sometimes loathed TTC bus. Only thing it’s really good at is getting you to the more reliable subway line.
I have a bit of a thing for notebooks. Specifically small black ones.

I’ll be finished exams about six days from now… sure hope I can find some sort of work to do for the summer.
We’ve moved into the suburbs. This isn’t out place, but ours looks pretty much the same.
Candice grew some very tasty lentil sprouts on the windowsill over the past couple of days. She’s also attempting to grow some millet sprouts but they seem to be… fermenting, instead of sprouting.
Two exams down as of today! Two more to go.
These guys could have picked a worse slogan, but… it would be difficult. Fail.
Other note: first exam done today, second one tomorrow afternoon!
